Postponement charges are only applicable when re-booking takes place at the same time as postponement is notified and the re-booked date cannot be postponed a second time. In all cases cancellation charges are applicable.

Note:

• The use of the words ‘working day’ should defined as a full standard working day of 9.30 a.m.-5.30 p.m. Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) i.e. if you telephone us at 10.30 a.m. on Monday to cancel a booking for the Friday of the same week, this constitutes four working days notice.
• The percentages quoted above are only that of the cost of hiring ‘The Studio.’ Refreshment charges will only be charged if cancellation or postponement is made on the same day that the groups are to take place.
